Nia Practice
My Nia practice began in 1993. This opened a door into holistic movement: Aikido, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Sweat Your Prayers, Soul Motion. I taught Nia for 10 years in the Bay Area (2000-09) and in Portland, OR since then.
